Zoo Leipzig is well connected to cycle routes. Our tip: If you are coming from a long distance, you could always take your bike on the train or bus and cycle the last section.
Find out more about bringing your bike with you here. Opposite the zoo between the two covered parking garages there are plenty of bike stands. You can store your bike helmets or other pieces of baggage at the service point next to the zoo entrance.
There is also a battery charging station for e-bikes own charger needed behind the photo bus next to the late exit. Ask one of our employees at the turnstiles about this. Coaches stop at the central intercity coach station on the East side of the central train station. From there you can catch the tram number 12 or walk to the zoo. There are many ways to reach Zoo Leipzig.
